Nurse Practitioner

With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine and a strong foundation in primary, urgent, and integrative care, Rebecca Hazen NP, brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to every patient she serves. After ten years in the ER as a Registered Nurse, she transitioned into advanced practice, expanding her expertise in urgent care, weight management, primary care, and holistic medicine.

Passionate about preventative and root-cause medicine, Rebecca Hazen believes true wellness begins by treating the whole person—not just symptoms. Her approach combines evidence based care with integrative therapies to help patients achieve lasting health and balance.

Outside the clinic, NP Hazen enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, and cooking good food for her family. She and her husband, a Marine combat veteran, are proud parents of four sons, one of whom serves as an infantry Marine. Guided by her Catholic faith and love for family, she brings the same values of compassion, service, and dedication to her work and her patients.
